Join the team behind El Mexicana! Based at our site on Gunnels Wood Industrial Estate, we serve freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches, Mexican favorites, barista-style coffees, milkshakes, and meals for major online delivery platforms.

We're looking for a friendly, hardworking Café Team Member to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in great food and customer service, and bring a positive attitude every day, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Food & Drink Prep: Preparing fresh food orders (breakfasts, lunches, Mexican classics) as well as barista-style coffees and milkshakes.

  • Delivery Fulfillment: Carefully packing and preparing orders for online delivery platforms.

  • Stock & Prep: Assisting with basic food prep, stock replenishment, and kitchen duties.

  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the café and kitchen.

  • Teamwork: Collaborating efficiently with your team to deliver fast, friendly service.

  • Passion for preparing quality food and handcrafted drinks.

  • Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment.

  • Shift Flexibility: Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Commute: Reliable transport to Gunnels Wood Industrial Estate.

  • Previous hospitality, café, or kitchen experience is beneficial but full training is provided.
